I'm not talking about this weekend getaway crap. I want better said need a week away from it all. Where I can focus on me. Yes I am being selfish BUT being a SAHM is hard work. You know don't you? I dont get time to myself even when the kids and hubby are at school/work. I'm always on the go. Doing this or that to make sure my household runs smoothly, so that my husband doesnt wear the same pair socks twice or that the snacks Jr is wanting is fully available. Or for the pretty princess has the stocking she wants to wear with the specific boots I'm pooped.
Dont' get me wrong I love being a SAHM being the first to hear about my kids day and helping them w/ the homework reading and being involved. BUT DAMN they really suck the life outta me.
Well I know I wont get a full on vacation shit I cant' even seem to find time to sit at a Starbucks for a hour to read. Oh well this is the journey of yours truly and I wouldnt change it for anything.
